The Sedro Woolley Riding Club and the Bony Pony are excited to once again present

"Tough Enough to Wear Pink" at the July 3rd rodeo performance.

Please join us in raising awareness and funds for our local breast cancer treatment centers. All of the monies raised from Tough Enough to Wear Pink will be donated equally to United General Hospital and Skagit Valley Hospital for the benefit of breast cancer awareness and or treatment.

Tough Enough to Wear Pink was started by a very special lady, Terry Wheatley, (mother of PRCA cowboy Wade Wheatley), who herself is a breast cancer survivor. Tough Enough to Wear Pink debuted at the National Finals Rodeo in December 2005 where one night was devoted to the cause of breast cancer awareness. Every cowboy was given the option to wear a pink Wrangler shirt in support of the cause. The support was outstanding and the arena was flooded with pink.

The top competitors in each event in the July 3rd performance who are wearing pink will be awarded a $100 gas card awarded by Puget Sound Shell Refinery.   Thank you for your generous donation.

Tough Enough to Wear Pink items will be available for purchase at The Bony Pony on June 1st and 100% of the profits will go towards the cause until July 5th.

The night will begin with a lot of pink. The grand entry, followed by rodeo events, where cowboys and cowgirls who are wearing pink and score the highest ride or fastest time will be awarded a prize. The Bony Pony tent will be filled with Tough Enough to Wear Pink items for sale and also a place will be available to make cash donations and/or a tax deductible donation to one of the specific hospitals.

Please consider supporting this wonderful event and Thank you in advance for your support.
